A few things to note
This apartment can be booked for a minimum of 7 days.
All bookings require your contact information, pet information, and the number of the Occupant. 

Deposit:
-For stays from one month, rent for the first month of your stay and the security deposit are due to book.
-For shorter stays, rent for your entire stay and the security deposit are due to book.

Discount Rate:
When you pay the total rental fee, starting from 2 months and above, you get a 20% discount on your total stay.

Cancellation Policy
-3 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
-This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
-For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
-All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.

Unfortunately, we do not offer apartment viewings at this point in time to respect the privacy and convenience of our current Guests. However, we offer a  photos for each home.
