This accommodation is available for a mobility lease ONLY. The mobility lease is a type of short term furnished lease. It aims to facilitate the mobility of tenants, especially those who have to move for professional reasons (transfer or mission), students, young people in training, alternation or internship.
This is a 29m² flat located on the 4th floor.
Located in the heart of Paris, the flat is a stone's throw from rue Rivoli, and is situated between Saint-Paul and the Hôtel de Ville.
It is composed of:

- A living room with a sofa and TV
- A bedroom with a double bed

Although the 4th arrondissement is home to part of the Île de la Cité, the Île Saint-Louis, the Hôtel de Ville and the Centre Pompidou, it is above all characterized by the Marais, one of the most beautiful and oldest districts in Paris. Culture, shopping, strolling and gastronomy, a historic district where there is no lack of points of interest!
Note that the area around the Hôtel de Ville has been a hot spot for the Parisian gay community since the 1990s.
The flat's location means you'll be able to get around France's capital quickly and easily using the many public transport options available:
- Metro: Les Halles (line 4) 1 minute walk away
- Metro: Sentier (line 3) 5 minutes' walk away
- RER: Chatelet Les Halles A, B and D

A few things to note
This apartment can be booked for a minimum of 7 days.
All bookings require your contact information, pet information, and the number of the Occupant.
Deposit:
-For stays from one month, rent for the first month of your stay and the security deposit are due to book.
-For shorter stays, rent for your entire stay and the security deposit are due to book.
Discount Rate:
When you pay the total rental fee, starting from 2 months and above, you get a 20% discount on your total stay.
Cancellation Policy
-3 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
-This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
-For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
-All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
